DAY 1
Depending on the flight schedule, optional breakfast, lunch or evening meal can be organized (quotation on demand)
Arrival in New York, and transfer by coach to your hostel

DAY 2
Breakfast is served in the hostel.
Boat trip to the Statue of Liberty, one of the most famous sculptures in the world that was offered by France to the United States to celebrate the centenary of the Declaration of Independence. You can choose between an audio-guided tour of the Ellis Island museum of US Immigration, built on the site where millions of immigrants entered the United States, or a cruise towards the south of Manhattan to see the Statue of Liberty.
You are free to organise yourselves for your midday meal (at your expense)
In the afternoon, you are free to discover (using of your metro travel card), Battery Park, and Wall Street: the heart of global finance that houses the New York Stock Exchange and the headquarters of major US banks.
Then, choose between a visit of the 9/11 Memorial – Ground Zero site and its museum, built to commemorate the victims of the attacks on the World Trade Center of September 11th, 2001, or the Intrepid Museum, Sea, Air & Space (visit of an aircraft carrier, a submarine and a concorde).

Followed by a “by night” crossing for Staten Island (evening to be determined on site).

DAY 3
Breakfast provided in the hostel.
Discover New York from the top of the Empire State Building: From the spectacular lobby to the 86th floor, where you’ll enjoy a breathtaking 360 ° view of the city. Then, walk on the High Line, a suspended urban park in the Meatpacking District that offers spectacular views of Manhattan.

Walking tour through Little Italy, the NoLIta district, Soho, China Town and Greenwich Village. Take some free time for shopping at Canal Street.

DAY 4
Breakfast provided in the hostel.
Visit the American Museum of Natural History, the largest natural history museum in the world worldly renowned as a scientific and cultural institution built on five floors where you will discover dinosaurs, precious stones, and even a meteorite … Then, stroll through the huge “green lung” of Manhattan, Central Park, 4 km long and 800 meters wide, that has been the scene of many movies, series and American song clips.

Free discovery of Madison Square Garden, Times Square and its huge world-renowned stores (M & M’s®, Toys R Us®, Disney Store® …) and the Theater District (Broadway): a symbol of global American culture.
Evening meal in your hostel in New York, before experiencing a Broadway musical show (according to schedule and subject to availability).
Overnight accommodation in your hostel in New York.
DAY 5
Breakfast provided in the hostel.
Choice between an outdoor discovery of the famous Rockfeller Center classified as a historic monument because of it’s Art Deco style and climb the Top of the Rock where you can admire the entire skyline of New York from a height of over 260 meters or a visit of the Guggenheim Museum: museum dedicated to modern and contemporary art in a unusual and originally designed building.

Journey to Washington: The federal capital of the United States, that owes its name to the first elected President of the United States, George Washington. Built on the left bank of the Potomac River, the city was designed according to the plans of a Parisian architect, Pierre-Charles L’enfant, who was a fervent admirer the cause of American Independence.

DAY 6
Breakfast provided in the hostel.
A coach is at your disposal for the whole day with a guide, to enable you to discover the city.
You will visit the Supreme Court : it has jurisdiction over all cases under the Constitution or laws of the United States and treaties that members of Congress have signed. Its most important role is to decide whether the laws of the United States or those of the various states are in conformity with the Constitution. The court can also deal with any other legal matters.
Then walk around the district, enabling you to observe Thomas Jefferson’s Building, Union Square Station …

Visit of the Capitol and its library: one of the most well-known buildings in the world. The iconic Capitol building remains a constantly evolving space where you can observe democracy in action. Then, visit the Lincoln Memorial Greek temple, Tidal Basin and its various memorials (Martin Luther King, Jefferson …) and admire the cherry blossom trees (depending on the season).

DAY 7
Breakfast provided in the hostel.
Observe (from outside) the White House, the official residence of the President of the US, and the Washington Monument, dedicated to the memory of the first President of the United States.
Followed by an open visit of the Air and Space Museum located on the Mall and which brings together the largest collection of airplanes and space vehicles in the world.

According to flight schedules, free time for shopping and transfer to Washington airport.
Depending on your flight schedule, an optional breakfast, lunch or dinner can be organized (quotation upon demand).
